We Believe
In the Godhead
There is One God manifested through three distinct personalities (God Head), which are the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 4:6 and Matthew 28:19).
The Gospel Is Powerful
Jesus Christ is the Son of God; that he died for our sins, was buried, and was raised from the dead so that we might be saved (1 Corinthians 15:3-4, John 1:1, Romans 5:8, and John 3:16).
All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. However, we are all justified by God’s grace through the redemption which is in Jesus Christ (Romans 3:23-24).
Baptism is an essential part of God's plan for salvation (Acts 2:38; Mark 16:16, and Romans 6:3-5).
The Bible's Authority
The Bible to be the inspired, authoritative Word of God. It is our guide, and we desire to learn, obey, and follow its teachings (2 Timothy 3:15-17, 2 Peter 1:20-21, and John 5:39).
Christ Headship of His Church
Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church. Each congregation is independent of one another, governed by local leaders (Ephesians 5:23; Acts 14:23, Matthew 16:18, Acts 2:37-47).
The local Church should be placed in the care of a plurality of leadership consisting of Elders who spiritually guard the flock, Deacons who serve in the official capacity, and the Minister that works to teach the Word of God (Acts 20:28-31, 1 Timothy 3:8-13, and 2 Timothy 4:1-5).
The Second Coming of Christ
The Second Coming of Christ is a future expectation of the believer that will take place at an undisclosed time, in which Christ will descend from Heaven to receive his saints in the sky to usher them to glory to be forever in the presence of God (2 Peter 3:4-10, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18).
The resurrection of Jesus Christ (bodily) from the grave (physical) guarantees the bodily resurrection of all believers at the second coming (1 Corinthians 15:1-4, 53-58).
